I am a new investor that recently found Bigger Pockets and have been ruined by their podcasts and the success of others. lol I kind of fell in to real estate investing and when I started looking for answers to my questions I found BP. I started listening to their podcasts which completely changed me and made me realize that I was on the right track but had a lot of work to do to be successful at this. Experience: I purchased my first property in 2006 but it wasn't until recently that I started to dig in and take things serious. I have purchased 5 properties totaling 8 units and looking to keep on going! Real Estate Goals: My goal is within the next five years to have 24 units.
