Enthusiastic real estate investor in the Houston metro area and is seeking opportunities to flip or rent houses. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Experience: Started real estate since February '15 and is driven to make this interest of mine into a full time job. Pursuing homes for both potential flips and/or rental. Real Estate Goals: Want to be financially stable for my family and no longer need to depend on my day job. Desire to build relationships in this business to promote personal growth and to support others who have the same passion as well. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking others who can provide advice on how to get started. Any private lenders or willing partners would help greatly. I am enthusiastic about getting started and building wealth doing things intelligently and the right way.
