My name is Vinny Lopes, I am a third generation in a family of builders and real estate investors. Over my career I have developed and sold several real estate properties in the tri-state (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut), besides currently managing numerous other properties. My company is SMG Properties, a real estate investment company based in Bridgeport-CT with a specialization on single and multi-family residential properties, also with the ability to directly purchase homes and make cash offers, we can create a fast and hassle-free transaction. SMG Properties is the sister company of Sunshine Residences which is an Acquisition and Development Company.
