Viresh Patel

Hello everyone, My name is Viresh Patel and I have a passion for real estate and helping others finding there dream home or their next rental property. I have been in the industry for 2 years’ servicing the San Antonio and Austin market. I started investing in real-estate myself where I picked up a SFR that I am currently renting out. My type of real estate investing is house hacking. For those of you guys that aren’t aware of what that is its basically where I rent out each room in my house. Typically, these are for people who really don’t have any credit built up or for individual who needing a place to stay but not sure how long they will be in the area for. These rentals are great for people who just moved to a certain area and not sure the lay of the land in the city they are usually working in. This allows them to understand the city and gives them some time to find out where they really want to live and not be tied down to an apartment lease for 6 months or for a year. When COVID hit I thought it was a good time to go back to school where I earned my real-estate license and signed on with San Antonio's premier brokerage company US Realty Pros. I am now able to help others build their real estate dreams and I have found it extremely rewarding to give back to the community that I love so much. If you are thinking about moving to the San Antonio or surrounding areas or just want to invest, I can help you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and ask me any question that you may have. Look forward in connecting!
