Viron Hale

I am an Athletic Trainer and a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Buffalo, NY area. My interest in real estate began when I began reading, and the first book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" opened my eyes to passive income and that was followed by workshops. I am currently a wholesaler and looking to get into the other strategies that I learned about in my various studies ( BRRRR, fix and flip, buy and hold, corporate rentals, etc.). I am looking to network with other investors to get my first deal completed and also form partnerships.
