Hello Everyone! I am a new investor located in the Dallas TX area day job work with AT&T as account executive at the HQ Location. Wife and I are looking to invest in 2023 with some anticipated lower prices for fix and flip or long term rental. We are in it for the long game to retire earlier than normal.
