Voley Martin

Im a Retired Army Officer, Husband and Father of 2 young boys. My main career is working as a Charter Pilot. I am passionate about leadership, creating wealth, and a legacy for my family, as well as helping others do the same. Ive owned properties in the past and I used to be a real estate agent in NY. I no longer have these credentials but I dont feel I need them to get what I want out of the industry. My goal is to find my first investment property this year that cash flows at least $100/month after accounting for property management, maintenance, vacancies, cap ex etc. My local area (Long Island) is not a great place to start because of the sheer expense so I am trying to narrow it down to a few key markets. After I find a property where the numbers work, I plan on repeating the process.
