Wade Germann

I am a new Real Estate Agent living and working in the Oak Lawn and surrounding area. Currently I am a full time Active Duty Soldier with the Indiana Army National Guard out of Gary Indiana. I didn't realize how passionate I was about Real Estate until I bought my first house and started renovations on it. Now I aim to create a small empire of real estate to give me the financial freedom to just buy properties and demo my little heart out. I look forward to networking, and hopefully working with this community as a whole.
