About myself
ROOKIE real estate investor. I am trying to move my wife and myself to Colorado from Syracuse, NY in about 6-7 months. I am looking for a solid first investment property to live in for a year or so before moving on (while staying in Colorado). Age 29. No kids. Budget $215,000 - $315,000.
