My team and I specialize in working with residentail buyers and sellers, as well as Investors looking to Nomad, House Hack, and Investors looking to build their portfolio. My wife and I purchased our first house in Denver in April 2020 as a house hack, renting out three of the rooms to our friends. We purchased our second house in in Denver May 2021 just twelve months and change after purchasing the first house. Summer of 2022 we added another property to our portfolio, a vacation/STR property near winter park Colorado. In 2023, we decided to take a year off from buying to welcome our first kid. This year I am hoping to pick up where we left off. About me: Attended Texas A&M university where I majored in Applied Mathematics with and Emphasis in Actuary Science. Worked as a Commercial real estate broker for 3 years. Now I am working toward my passion, working with residential investors looking to build their portfolio while also investing myself.
