Hi! I am a new real estate investor looking to buy my first property. Since mid-2015 I continue to educate to learn the basics. Now, I feel confident of buying my first property, which I continue to look for. When I am not thinking about real estate I am busy with my 3yr old adorable daughter, my beautiful & supportive wife, and our super energetic 8yr old boxer. For fun I love watching movies, especially in theaters, web & graphic design, and family portrait photography. 2 new challenges for 2017 is to buy my first buy and hold property and get into Wedding Photography. When I am not doing any of the above, I work as a Business Analyst to guide businesses solve their business challenges with digital solutions.
