Hello im a 35 yrs old handyman/hvac technician. I have spent many years repairing, renovating, and installing a/c equipment electrical, drywall, etc. For other real estate investors, business owners, and happy families all the while never getting to realize my own dream of financial freedom through real estate investment. Since I was a teenager watching carlton sheets on late night infomercials back in the 90s talking about no money down real estate purchases ive dreamed of being my own boss in the real estate market. I look forward to learning and cataloging absolutely every bit of information I can possibly find on this site. I am also looking for like minded individuals, investors, agents, realtors, mortgage consultants, mentors and pretty much anyone else worth networking with. All those in the south florida real estate market are especially welcome. Addendum: me and my wife have currently saved up a little 30k. We r currently looking for a small mfr to house hack. However with the current state of the market and the I impending market correction looming we have decided to put the house hack/ buy and hold strategy on hold til prices and interest rates drop (unless we find an incredible deal if course). In the meantime we r searching for quick flips using Hml. We r currently studying up on various direct marketing techniques to increase our leads for flips and wholesales in the south FL. Area.
