Wayne Brown

Hello BP family! My name is Wayne Brown and I am in the process of learning and entering the real estate world. I started my career as a plumber in 2005 after graduating high school. I spent this time working directly with my uncle who is a self-employed master plumber in the DC area. In 2009 I transitioned to becoming a maintenance manager of 350+ unit luxury apartments in Arlington VA with Equity Residential. I am currently still working as a full-time maintenance manager. Now with 15 years of hands on experience and a ton of property management insight from working with an extremely successful real estate company in Equity Residential (Sam Zell) it's time that I begin transitioning that wealth of knowledge into my own brand. So I began reading real estate and business books while also listening to every BP podcast routinely! I currently own 7 rental properties and always looking for the next deal. I am looking forward to building a strong network of individuals who share the same interest and goals. Best of luck!!
