2003 - B.A in Urban Studies (City Planning & Administration concentration) from the College of Charleston. 2006 - Started selling Real Estate and now have a Real Estate Broker's license (in Maryland) and am a licensed Agent (in Delaware). Have been involved with over 500+ transactions. 2006 - Bought 1st Residential Rental 2015 - Flipped first Commercial multipurpose building for a profit (1st flr commercial, 2nd floor apartment) 2016 - Bought next 2 Residential Rental Holds (currently have 6) I started, built, and sold my property management company and am now focused on growing my personal investment portfolio by helping others with their real estate needs along the way, to find and fund acquisitions. I've been involved with flips (residential & commercial), commercial deals sales and leasing, paper swaps, traditional residential sales, off-market properties - though flip and holds are my personal favorite for long-term wealth building as well as my personal focus at the moment. Currently, have small portfolio of my own (6 residential single-family units as of April 2019) and am looking to start compounding my knowledge and equity to grow more rapidly.
