I am new to real estate but have been interested in it for a while. I have heard the statistic that around 60% of Americas millionaires have become rich in real estate. The job I am working now is good but there is no more advancement for me here. Since I have been searching for other avenues I could take, I recently have come across Kevin Bupp's Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow podcast and also his and Charles DeHeart's podcast, Mobile Home Park Investing Podcast, as well as the Mobile Home Park Investors Podcast by Jefferson Lilly and Brad Johnson. They have really got me excited that I can get into the industry and I can't wait to start this new journey in my life! Experience: I have no real estate experience at the moment. I am currently learning as much as I can about investing. Real Estate Goals: I want to be able to make enough passive cash flow income to be able to quit my current job, have a relaxed and full lifestyle with my family and be able to continually invest in real estate to build wealth and to be able to give back. From all of my research, I have found that one of the best ways to do this is to invest in mobile home parks. I would like to partner with someone to make this happen for both me and my partner. Currently Seeking: I need to be able to have enough knowledge and assistance to get started making cash flow while minimizing the risk. I am currently seeking a mentor or a partner so i can get started and grow in this industry and begin helping others to succeed as well.
