About myself
Finally got in the game by house hacking a triplex in Cleveland and followed it up by BRR (Haven't refi'd yet)ing a duplex I found off market. I've scaled back on LTR for the time being while growing my business but would love to find a boutique hotel/motel project to take on with a partner. Aiming to connect with other driven investors and win together.
