About myself
I began my real estate career in 2012 wholesaling houses primarily in the St. Petersburg area. I quickly ramped up and wholesaled over 100+ deals in the first year and a half. I am the founder and host of the Beach REIA which has grown to about 90 attendees each month. I am a licensed agent with Viewpoint Realty and also an investor. I specialize in residential, commercial, multi-family, vacation rentals, and portfolio management
