I am married with 5 kids. I am currently in the military and will be retiring in 2-4 years. I'm currently pursuing a 5-year plan to acquire properties and establish passive income to replace my current income in the military. I currently own two rental units (one in Fayetteville, NC & one in Waipahu, HI). I'm interested in buy & hold multi-family apartments and self-storage facilities.
