Hey BP!, My name is Will and I am a beginner real estate investor in the Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia. I am currently working as a mechanical engineer in the defense industry, and want to use real estate to get out of the 9 to 5. The strategies I am most interested in right now are: BRRRR, flipping, and rentals. I am currently searching for the following specialists to join my team: contractors for home remodel, attorney, property managers, contractor managers, real estate agents in Northern Virginia, real estate agents outside of Virginia, and partners.
