My wife and I are just starting out in real estate investing. We have purchased one property in the North Carolina mountains, and we are in the process of turning it into an STR. Our hope is to substantially expand our investments into other markets over the next few years as we build up a diverse real estate portfolio. When I am not working on investments, playing with our kids, or enjoying a few hours of unencumbered leisure, I am teaching high school English to some pretty cool kids.
