Im 28 yrs old and I have always been drawn into real estate and I have always know that a sure way to secure a good financial future is through the long term growth of real estate. Im finding as a get older in age and having children, that time fly's, so i rather now i did something fun, risky and rewarding than look bad and have done nothing of any importance. Along with that I'm a firm believer in real estate being one of the best ways to create passive income, to achieve the freedom my family wants. The only real estate i have bought is my current residence about two years ago, it was a new build when i bought it.
