I am a husband and father of two wonderful children in the Richmond, VA area. I stumbled into buy-and-hold real estate in 2015. I became intentional in 2017 when I started learning from Bigger Pockets with a goal to develop a rental portfolio to help supplement and eventually replace my full time income. I currently work full time in the environmental science field while building up my rental portfolio. I have four single family rentals around Richmond, VA. I have completed two BRRRR deals and I am excited to do more. I am looking to acquire more SFR as well as multi-families if they are good deals. I am excited to learn, to grow, and to partner with like-minded investors around Richmond for deals local as well as long-distance.
