Hello! I am a new member looking to build a passive income base in order to become my own boss by the time I am 45. I am currently a member of the U.S. Army, however I plan to transition to the civilian sector within the next year. Currently I have not done a deal, but have a goal to own my first house by the end of the year. My current interest is the the BRRRR strategy with flipping on the side. Being that my wife and I are veterans, we both have the military VA loan program at our disposal. Now comes the fun part of learning how to accomplish my goals. I know it won't be an easy road but I am a dedicated person who will do anything to accomplish my goals. The sky is the limit and I plan to reach the stars.
