About myself
My name is William Prickett and I am a recent college graduate about to start work full time and looking to get into real-estate investing. I'll be living in the Madison, WI area and would be interested in investing in that area as well. Currently I am most strongly considering a buy and hold strategy to create passive income, but I still have a lot to learn so that is subject to change. My long term goal is to create enough passive income to cover my expenses and "escape the rat race."
