William Truszkowski

I'm a full time commercial real estate broker but purchase properties on the side for fix & flip and long-term holds. I'm focused on Northwest, Indiana but will consider the right opportunities in the Chicagoland area or Kenosha, WI. Experience: I have purchased multiple fix & flip, long-term rentals, and vacation rental properties. Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking multi-family properties within 3 hours of Chicago to add to my rental portfolio.
