Will Lenz

Raising a family with my wife and four young kids in Stockton, California. I enjoy the physical work of improving homes and outdoor spaces and a few years back took a break from my public school teaching post to give my love for working on homes a chance to become a career. For two years I worked under a skilled GC and in early 2023 I got my general contracting license and started Lenz Construction. Currently I own one rental property that rents out a single family home and tiny house. I have completed two fix and flips in Stockton and looking forward to my next project!
