About myself
My name is Teddy Kunz and I am a business owner in palatine, IL. I am a real estate investor with mutlitple focuses. My bread and butter is wholesaling as I have successfully found deals that were great properties for my buyers. I am also starting to move forward with rehab and selling properties. I have connected myself with others who have more experience and expertise then me in this matter. I plan to complete 5 profitable fix n flip deals in the next 12 months.
