About myself
I am a father of two, a Project Manager for a residential remodel company, and an avid reader of self help books. I love getting out with my family and remodeling my home. I have had a renter in my basement for 4 years now and I love the added income; 30% of my mortgage paid. We also own a 3/1 sfh in Akron, OH. Our goal is 45 by 45!! 45 doors by my 45th birthday..!!. I also enjoy helping friends see the value of rental income and helping the remodel their homes. Life is great with real estate.
