I am a retired hospital manager and need more assets and more income in retirement. I have just purchased a house we will live in while we ready it to be flipped. This will be the second home we have lived in while preparing it for resale. I have also flipped one house on its own with a partnership with my contractor. Hopefully, we will be in a position after this house is sold to live in our home and flip other properties.
