Jason Woodard

It is my general philosophy in life to constantly learn, and build relationships with others. Any and all success that I have acquired is a cumulative result of mutual respect developed with others and the lessons learned from failures along the way. Having lived in the Pacific Northwest my whole life, naturally I have a passion for all things "Portlandia". I am an avid home brewer, cyclist, and serial entrepreneur. As an "Engineer in Recovery" (past career life), I continually crave finding innovative ways of challenging the “norm”. As an intermediate real estate investor, I am looking for my next challenge transitioning out of the single-family investment model and into multifamily properties.
