Wougi Heap of Birds

I am a real estate investor and agent in the greater Oklahoma City area. My focus has historically been wholesaling single family and multifamily investment properties for both fix and flip and rental uses. I am currently transitioning into the commercial space by means of apartment buildings, mobile home parks, and retail/restaurant buildings. I enjoy talking real estate with seasoned investors as well as beginners. Bigger pockets is a great learning tool for me and I also enjoy sharing my knowledge in real estate to those who are new to real estate.
