Started in 2010, bought 10 houses, sold 3, currently have 7 in two states. Most were bought sight unseen. Did a 1031 exchange on my first sale. Found a need to keep records for Schedule E, so created an app for that. Search Android for GPSAPPGENERATOR and you will see my 4 Apps (Financial Statement, Schedules C, E, and F). Search Apple, for the specific app name -- Schedule E. It's a buck. Other Apps in the works that have to do with GPS.
