I invested on my first two-fam property at the end of 2019. I loved the process but I now have a goal to buy over 12 units. I’ve jumped into doing renovations so I understand not just the admin side processes but the construction side as well. I love it, but I am not in love with managing tenants. I am learning as I go and I am aching to connect with other investors.
