I've been living in Brookline for over 10 years now, and have been interested in real estate for a while now. I incidentally possess 3 degrees yet am about to get another "degree" - a real estate agent license! My immediate goal is to learn as much as possible from real estate people - especially those who are investors and have started their career as a flipper or by investing into 2-4 family properties. My Real Estate Goals: Make my first real estate deal by end of 2019. Acquire at least 1-2 properties by end of 2021. By 2025 to build a portfolio of 5+ properties, with a cumulative $1000-$1500+ monthly profit.
