About myself
Born and raised in Basque Country, completed engineering degree, worked in several telecom companies in different European countries for over 10 years. Landed in Denver in the fall of 2005 with 3 kids under 3, no job for a year... tough times! Had done my own 2 transactions buying and selling my own house in Europe end enjoyed that. Got my Real Estate license in 2008, bought my first rental in 2009. I've been a buy and hold investor since then.
