I am a CPA (inactive), real estate investor and a realtor based in Northern VA. I am always on a look out for a great buy! I love real estate so much I have ventured into helping out others. Experience: I have purchased few homes in northern virginia. Most of them are buy/holds. I have a few out of state as well. Real Estate Goals: I would like to have enough investment to pay for colleges, live off of during retirement. Currently Seeking: low cost/high income properties to bring me the highest return in cash income.
