Update_10 Nov 2019 Active Duty service member approaching retirement within a few years. I purchased my first home in 2004 and later became an accidental landlord. Currently stationed in southern California, I am strongly looking for out of state investing in markets that can produce cash flow. As previously mentioned, now that I am nearing retirement my aquire as many properties and gain gain experience under my belt is my primary focus.
