My core focus is sourcing and securing equity from accredited high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors to fund new developments and acquisitions. I craft and deliver strategic pitches, manage investor relationships, and ensure transparent communication throughout the investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end capital raise strategy for real estate projects, from initial pitch to final close. • Develop and deliver investor presentations, pitch decks, and offering materials tailored to targeted investor groups. • Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing investors, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional partners. • Partner with internal teams (acquisitions, development, and finance) to align project details and investment structures with investor expectations. • Oversee investor due diligence, onboarding, compliance documentation, and regular reporting. • Represent the firm at capital-raising events, conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings.
