I graduated from Purdue in Civil Engineering in 2002 and worked for an international petroleum engineering firm for 13 years. I was involved in engineering, operations, safety and quality, management, sales and marketing. I have always been interested in real estate investing for years. But due to the high frequency of international relocations and heavy work load, I was not able to start my real estate career until my career change recently. I left the petroleum industry all together and is now an anesthetist. I have converted my primary residence in OH into my first rental property. I am now actively working on expanding my portfolio and setting up systems for my real estate business.
