I am an ESOL teacher and a single mom. I'm bilingual: I speak Russian and English. A few months ago, I purchased a large duplex to keep doing the job I love - working with refugees and immigrants- and increase my cash flow. I take the job of being a landlady very seriously and treat my tenants the way I would like to be treated by addressing arising issues in a timely manner. I plan to steadily but surely keep increasing my real-estate portfolio.
