About myself
Hello all! My name is Yusuf - I am a Software Engineer from Southern California that has always had an interest in anything real estate. Growing up I saw my parents dabble into the real estate market after the 2008 crash and purchase a few homes via auctions that they rent out to this day. Since then I have always wanted to get my foot into the door of real estate! I now reside in Philadelphia with my Girlfriend as she finishes up school at UPenn and am starting to dive into the Philadelphia Real Estate market as an investor
