Zachariah Tuck

Hi, my name is Zach Tuck. I am a married father of three children that I love dearly. Formerly a residential construction worker and remodeler. I left the industry for higher wages and more consistent work in 2008. We all know what happened then. Being a welder/fabricator for over ten years now I landed a wonderful job that no longer requires me to travel and I work a consistent schedule allowing me spend more time at home. After years of ups and downs with construction and welding I have decided to send my family into a better financial future that involves real estate. While I intend to begin with rental properties and ease myself financially into this market. Not if but when I come across a great opportunity for a flip or buy and hold, I look forward to the opportunity and will jump in with both feet. P.S. (The numbers must work.) At this time I have no intention of leaving my JOB. However only working four days a week I believe I have been given this opportunity to bring my family closer together through Real Estate.
