Zachary Stoll

Hey all! I am a newbie investor very interested in real-estate, mostly multi-family but am open to almost anything. I work full-time as an Environmental Engineer at a local Consulting firm and hold a Ph.D. in Civil/Environmental Engineering. I enjoy my job but would like to supplement my income and put myself in a position where I have passive income. I've started diving into the BP community content and have been completely blown away at how awesome it is. I can't seem to get enough! I'm currently working on going through the motions of analyzing deals and have quite the spreadsheet now. I've only put in one offer on one property so far but it has been a great experience for me. Lots lots more for me to learn and I'm looking forward to every minute of it!
