A 23 year-old home owner and aspiring investor. A graduate from Emory University in 2017, Bachelors in Mathematics and Business Administration. Currently working in compensation consulting in Sandy Springs, GA. I look to utilize primary residence financing to secure property with little down with high cash flow opportunity when rented out by bedroom. This allows the potential to live free, while paying off the mortgage, and eventually keeping the property as a rental upon moving to the next one. I'm interested in building a team to continue growing my portfolio and hearing other strategies used here in Atlanta. I was born and raised here in the city and look forward to continuing to invest here!
