Zach Webster

I grew up working in the various construction trades and served in the U.S. Air Force, but then I fell into the rental property business shortly after my wife and I got married when I landed a job as an on-site apartment manager for a small property management company. Within 12 months of starting that job I had purchased my first rental property and earned my real estate license. I fell in love with the business and haven't stopped since. I'm now working toward earning a master's degree in real estate from Georgetown University with an emphasis in multifamily development and construction management. My goal is to buy three value-add properties with 20-50 units each in the Des Moines market over the next four years.
