I am a home inspector in the Wisconsin area and do anything from single families to duplexes and multi-unit apartments. I also own a few rental units In my local market and am looking to grow and diversify my portfolio. I like the BRRRR strategy as I can do a lot of the work myself and would like to continue to buy and hold rentals.
