Zac Wells

I've been in secondary education since 1997 as a teacher, coach, and now a dean of students. I am looking at real estate as a way to supplement my income but also as a way to pass down some of the lessons I learn to my kids. I am actively seeking sfh that we can rent to college students. With this being our first RE endeavor, we are moving a bit cautiously but are optimistic. Seeking direction for the first steps upon acquiring such a property.
