I am an investor and licensed agent in San Diego, CA. As an investor, I am building my portfolio of buy and hold properties in the west and midwest. As a licensed agent, I work with investors in San Diego County using strategic techniques to find distressed properties (as-is, where is) and help investors purchase them at a discount. I also work with investors on re-sell of their renovated properties. I speak English, Spanish & American Sign Language.
