Hello everyone! I'm a part-time investor looking to make a bigger splash in real estate. I currently hold down a full time job for a public safety company as a Workforce manager. Currently, I have 5 units that I rent (a single family home and a 4-plex) and I'm hoping to significantly increase those numbers to earn a greater passive income (just need to find those deals:)). On a personal note, I am married with 3 kids to whom I hope to pass on real estate knowledge as they get older (and if I succeed).
