Hello BP Community, I started out in real estate investing by house hacking a duplex in Seattle in 2009. From there my husband and I have bought a few more duplexes. We currently own and self-manage 9 units in the greater Seattle area. I am always looking to connect with like minded investors. In 2023 my family and I moved to Colombia for a year. While down there we bought land and built a small house. Now back in the Seattle area we are looking for more 2-4 unit properties. We are also looking into invest out of state since it is hard to find cash flowing properties in the Seattle are. Thanks for reading.
